No one spends more money marketing their listings and generating buyer leads than I do.  Many realtors focus their marketing on convincing people to list with them but then leave their sellers disappointed in the lack of service and marketing to get their home sold.  Most realtors just put your home in MLS and try a couple of open houses.  Buyers now are using multiple internet sources to search for homes and seldom come to open houses.  That is why I chose to dominate the internet's 5 most used websites for home searching.  This guarantees my listings get more exposure than any other realtor in my market and that we capture the lead for any inquiries on my listings.  Over 75% of all realtors listings are not enhanced resulting in the listing agent not getting the leads on their own listings.  I buy more of those unprotected leads than anyone else.  We attract between 200-300 serious home buyers monthly and have the systems in place to work these leads and convert them into happy clients.  I offer multiple marketing packages letting you choose the commission and level of marketing.  My listing photos are the envy of other realtors as I use the best professionals in the business rather than taking the photos myself.  Photos are key to selling homes.  So I spend the extra money to make sure I have the best photos possible for my listings.

Born in Buies Creek, NC, I moved to Greenville to attend East Carolina University. During college I worked for one of NC’s top real estate teams as a Team Marketing Assistant and Listing Coordinator. After graduating with a degree in English and a minor in Communications in 2003, I decided to take my passion for Real Estate one step further and chose to start my own real estate company, Jennifer Jenkins Realty. Dan joined the company in 2006 and after 10 years of successfully owning and operating our own firm, we joined the United Real Estate franchise and opened URE East Carolina in 2014. Dan and I have been married since 2004, we have a daughter Scarlett, and a son Joshua. We are active members of the Oakmont Baptist Church and enjoy supporting local sports teams. I am confident that my experience in real estate and marketing will help me to best serve you!
