Hi my name is Clay Cartwright. I am originally from Bath, NC but have been living and doing business in Greenville since 1992. I attended Mount Olive College where I played a little ball and then transferred to ECU to obtain my degree in Physical Education. After graduating I married my college sweetheart who I have been married to for twelve years. After getting married my wife and I opened a Halloween Express franchise which we still own and operate here in Greenville. In 2004 we purchased Debu Cafe and have ran it until this past September when we sold it to spend time with our new little girl Piper, who was born in December. We are members of Covenant church and the Pirate Club. I began my real estate career in land sales. At Charlestowne we marketed homesites to retiring baby boomers wanting to relocate down south. I have been in the residential market since the beginning of 2009. I have found my home here at Jennifer Jenkins Realty. Let me use my contacts and knowledge of the area to help you find the home of your dreams.
I am a graduate of ECU and my husband and I have made Greenville our home! We have lived here for 20 years and have a 10 year old daughter, Piper. We have ran Halloween Express for over 20 years and just love everything Greenville has to offer! With the growth of Uptown, Greenville has given many more things to do which my family enjoys quite often! We live next to the ECU football stadium and we never miss a tailgate! GO PIRATES!
Being a real estate agent is very rewarding and challenging all in the same! I love helping a new couple find their first home as well as working hard to make that hard sell! Something that is important to me is building relationships with my clients that end up friends! I treat each person with the same attitude and I hope they feel I make the process run as smoothly as poosible,' Give me a chance to build that relationship with you, you will not be sorry!

I've alwyas had an interest in Real Estate. I loved searching for homes when we were looking. I have always had a cutomer based career. I was a hairstylist for 20 years and just got burned out. My focus in my real estate business is working with buyers and sellers. When I'm not working I'm with my family watching my boys box or play baseball. I enjoy running, going to the beach and skiing. Hi. I am Monica S. Gentry a United Real Estate East Carolina Agent. I started my career path as a United States Air Force Airman many years ago. I spent 9 years in the USAF were I traveled to Korea for a year, did a tour at Myrtle Beach AFB, and finished at Charleston AFB. I did several temporary duty assignments over the course of my career and reached the rank of E-5. After leaving the USAF, I went on to the US Postal Service were I spent 21 years and attained my highest achievement as a Level 21 Postmaster throughout my years of service. I started in Charleston, SC and ended in New Bern, NC. In 2016 I reached my final professional goal of becoming a Real Estate Agent. I worked in customer service for all of my postal career as a clerk and in management so I am all about patience, smiling when it hurts, communicating, and most of all listening. I believe all of these qualities are important when helping clients make the biggest purchase of their lives and or selling the home they have lived in and raised their families in for many years. It's all a process. I love everything about real estate. I like that it allows me to set goals continuously, the educational opportunities, and most of all the looks and feelings of joy from clients when a transaction closes. I love this new journey that I am on which I started at age 51. I believe it's never too late to go for your dreams and be successful. I Dream big and aim high and I do not let anything or anyone get in my way. God has my back and I fill my days with prayer, faith, knowledge, and Love. I have an amazing husband who supports me emotionally and physically whom I love with all of me. My daughter is my best creation. Her beauty, energy, and fearlessness of life makes me so envious and helps me to not be afraid of this thing called "life". I love her to pieces. My future is endless and I am loving every bit of the journey and I pray that all who read my bio gains encouragement for their aspirations. Life is too short not to!

I'd like to be one of the first to welcome you to your new home search! Eastern North Carolina is a great place to live, I should know, I have lived here all of my life (minus three years spent in New York City). As a local, I've done countless hours of research on everything this area has to offer, from the schools, the restaurants, the nightlife to all of the great things that make Eastern NC home. As a Realtor, I specialize in helping people sell their current homes and find their new home, but genuinely believe that there is so much more to making a home than just the house you buy. That's why I'd love to be your tour guide on your home search. If you'd like to schedule a time to meet to ask questions or get started on the process, I'm here to help. I can give your guidance with lending and home insurance as well. Simply give me a call or shoot me an e-mail and I'll be at your service.
I like to say that a House + Love = HOME and we can make it happen together.

I am a Southern California girl born and raised! My education took me east to Ohio, where I graduated with a degree in psychology from Youngstown State University. While pursuing my degree I discovered my passion for helping people. This passion has driven me throughout my careers, which started in mortgage lending. I spent 10 years in the lending industry before I decided to shift to real estate.
My journey in real estate started in January of 2017, when I started with United Real Estate East Carolina. I worked on the award winning Dan Jenkins Team, and helped grow it to the top team in sales volume in all of United Real Estate. From this experience I was given knowledge and tools necessary to start my own team. I started Carolina Proud Realty LLC, and Carolina Proud Property Management Company LLC with my husband John Hromyak.
Real Estate is a passion of mine, but my true joy is my family. I am a proud mother of a 9-year-old son. On the weekends you can find me on a beach with a book, watching John toss the football with our son. I love spending as much time outdoors as possible, which is one of the reasons I love the beautiful state of North Carolina. I have lived all over the country, but eastern North Carolina is where I call home. From the amazing beaches and mountains, to the caring neighborly people, there is no place like North Carolina. I would be honored to guide you through the process of finding your piece of this great state, and make it your home.
Growing up in a military family, we moved around a lot when I was young. I have called Greenville, NC home since 1993 where I graduated from East Carolina University with an Economics and Business degree. ECU is where I met my wife. We have been married for 16 years, and we have two wonderful kids who are 12 and 9.
While working in home improvement retail for over 25 years, the most important thing I learned was the importance of the “people”. It’s the people that make things happen. It’s not the sign on the door or the product on the shelf. It’s the great people who go above and beyond and do the little things to support the customers. Relationships and trust are built over time by listening and addressing needs and concerns.
I’ve also learned the true meaning of helping people. It’s not how big, how many, or how soon you close a sale. It’s the “why” and what it means to the person making the purchase that is important. Painting the room for a first child’s nursery, a door lock to keep your family safe, a new fence for a child and puppy to play, a window a/c for an elderly couple......the stories and the memories are what is important.
I chose real estate as my career for this reason. I know what it means to my family and I as we have sold and purchased homes. I will never forget all the great memories in our first home, and now making memories in our second home.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of such an important decision in your life…....Welcome Home!
I am a Marine Veteran from the Vietnam era. While in the service I met and married my Wife Donna. She travelled with me to Marine Corps Air Station El Toro Ca. I served for 4 years and went back to my native Chicago, then with a pregnant wife and a new Son, David. We went on to have our first Daughter, Lynn, then our Son Raymond and later our Daughter Jenny.
All are now grown with families of their own.
In Chicago, I continued my studies in electronics and in 1977 moved to New Jersey to work on some very new technology; microprocessors. Little micro’s led to big mainframes and I went on to work on Computers of all sizes. I worked in New York City for Tandem Computers, Morgan Guarantee and Trust, and Credit Suisse First Boston. I also worked in New Jersey for AT&T, Bell Communications Research, and Bell Labs, as well as Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space. I also worked in Philadelphia for the Stock Exchange. Later, I took a teaching position at Lincoln Technical Institute, teaching electronics, computers and networking. During some of this time in New Jersey, I got the Real Estate bug and was licensed in 1983 and held on to my license until 1993. Even working part-time, I found a real love for Real Estate.
In 2003, my Wife and I moved to Eastern North Carolina. I started a Home Repair Company which lasted until 2009. In 2010 I went to work for the Wellons Properties Companies and maintained two large complexes in Greenville. In the Spring of 2013, I injured my back which left me disabled. Later that same year, I was diagnosed with cancer. In 2014 I had Surgery, Chemo Treatments, Radiation Treatments and finally Cyber-Knife Treatments. In late 2016 the doctors pronounced me to be in full remission.
I tried to retire, but could not. In February 2019, I returned to an old love, Real Estate. Now with United Real Estate East Carolina I get to help people by doing something I really love to do. My ability for problem solving and attention to detail is still with me as I reach out to East Carolina, and all over North Carolina to help others with their Real Estate needs. Just one last thing, I am also a budding Real Estate Investor and am open to helping Investors as well as everyone else.

Hello, welcome, make yourself at home. My name is Corinne McKie. I am a mother of two children, two step children, and two fur babies. My fiance and I decided a little over four years ago to relocate to the beautiful state of Alaska. I worked at Alaska's only male maximum security prison. We truly enjoyed our time there, met some pretty awesome people, and made some friends for life. Even with all the wonders that Alaska has to offer, it just wasn't my passion. What's my passion you ask? Well, I'm passionate about real estate. I decided to step out on another limb and pursue my dream and do what I know I'm excellent at. I'm excited about being able to help people buy their dream home, or to sell their existing one. Whether it's relocation, fixer uppers, new constructions, vacation homes, etc, I'm your go to professional. Let's make the business of real estate fun and easy. I'll work hard so that you won't have to.

I was originally born in Wichita, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University. After graduation I moved to North Carolina and enrolled in an architectural technologies program where I got familiar with CAD programs and building structures. Shortly after I started a career in property management and during that time I became a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent and was able to extend my business into buying and selling properties. Since starting my career I find myself working with a wide variety of clientele ranging from first time home buyers to investors looking to invest in their future. In this business being versatile is very important in order to stretch your skills and knowledge, its takes time and patience with each individual client to make sure each client is happy and ready for the next step, ride and wave that is coming our way. No day is ever the same and that is the beauty of the Real Estate market. There are many things I enjoy about my career but the most enjoyable thing that I have been able to do is work with some really amazing mentors, friends, family and clients that have become family. As an agent my main goal is to help all clients and customers to prosper with knowledge and joy in the market, even though money keeps the market full circle knowing where to invest and when to invest is the key I believe to being a successful home owner.
"I want to look back on my career and be proud of the work, and be proud that I tried everything." (Jon Stewart)

My knowledge, experience, and negotiating expertise will serve you well. My main focus is working with residential home sellers/buyers to sell/purchase their homes in the most efficient and profitable way. Once a contract is written I focus on obtaining the best price with the best terms in the least amount of time possible. When I was a young man, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in business, because I enjoyed working with numbers and people. Once I began in real estate, I knew I had found the place in which to do what I had always wanted to do. Being able to serve others at the highest level was an incredible opportunity, and I never looked back. Sales have always fascinated me; they are going on around us all day everyday. Most of the time, we think of ourselves as just buying something we need, but the truth is that someone sold that product/service to us. No matter how passive the sale was, at some point in the process, there was someone that actually promoted that product/service to another person. That is where I found my purpose in the process. Through sales, there is no limit to the number of people I can serve. Growing up, I was always involved in athletics; I played football, basketball, and competed in track and field. Now, I enjoy working out and eating healthy foods. Professionally, I apply the same discipline to continuous learning by taking online courses and working with other top producing real estate professionals. In addition, I have coached youth football for over 7 years. This helps me to bring a teamwork perspective to the real estate process by keeping you involved in as much or as little of the process as you choose. My ability to focus on one task until it is completed helps the transaction close on time or even early. My accessibility throughout the entire process means that you will have the comfort in knowing that when you have a question or concern it will be answered. I have closed over 20 residential properties this past year, so you know that I have a clear understanding of the closing process. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors. Studied for my North Carolina Real Estate License at J.Y. Monk in Grenville.

I have called NC home my whole life, and have lived in Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlantic Beach, and lastly Greenville. North Carolina is truly one of the most beautiful and versatile places to live anywhere in the country, as we are amongst rolling hills, gorgeous beaches, and perfectly balanced seasons!
14 years after graduating from DH Conley High School, I had married, had my daughter and son, and graduated from ECU with a BS in Nursing. I spent the next decade and a half nursing, homeschooling my kids, and gaining much experience in owning 2 businesses. In 2008 I started a community market, and for the next 9 years I coordinated events, worked with local farms in sales, and managed our storefront and cafe. And for the last 15, I’ve helped manage my husband’s general contracting business.
Since 2017, my son, Adam and I have helped transition the general contracting business from commercial to more residential renovations/repairs, along with completing our first house flip in 2018. Becoming Real Estate brokers was a logical next step, and now we are working together as the “Brave Homes Team” to accomplish our dual goal - to transform our local communities AND to make each client’s dream of their perfect and affordable home come true!
