Hi my name is Clay Cartwright. I am originally from Bath, NC but have been living and doing business in Greenville since 1992. I attended Mount Olive College where I played a little ball and then transferred to ECU to obtain my degree in Physical Education. After graduating I married my college sweetheart who I have been married to for twelve years. After getting married my wife and I opened a Halloween Express franchise which we still own and operate here in Greenville. In 2004 we purchased Debu Cafe and have ran it until this past September when we sold it to spend time with our new little girl Piper, who was born in December. We are members of Covenant church and the Pirate Club. I began my real estate career in land sales. At Charlestowne we marketed homesites to retiring baby boomers wanting to relocate down south. I have been in the residential market since the beginning of 2009. I have found my home here at Jennifer Jenkins Realty. Let me use my contacts and knowledge of the area to help you find the home of your dreams.
We are both graduates of ECU and have made Greenville our home for over 20 years and have a 12 year old daughter named Piper. We have ran Halloween Express for over 20 years and just love everything Greenville has to offer! With the growth of Uptown, Greenville has given many more things to do which our family enjoys quite often! We live next to the ECU football stadium and we never miss a tailgate! GO PIRATES!

I would like to be one of the first to welcome you to your new home search! Eastern North Carolina is a great place to live, I should know, I have lived here all of my life (minus three years spent in New York City). As a local, I've spent countless hours of research on everything this area has to offer, from the schools, the outdoor activities, the restaurants, the nightlife to all of the great things that make Eastern NC home. My husband is from the Crystal Coast and together we have 3 boys, 2 dogs, a cat and a fish. We stay well connected to this community and have felt so blessed to live in a city that is experiencing so much growth and advancement. With that said, now more than even in 2006-2008, it takes innovation and heart to put together the perfect deal and listing. My goal is to get to know your story, educate you on our local market trends and execute the perfect plan to make you move. That is why I would love to be your personal expert broker. If you would like to schedule a time to meet to ask questions or get started on the process, I am here to help. I can give you guidance with lending, homeowners insurance, inspectors, and a list of other necessary services as well. Simply give me a call or shoot me an e-mail and I'll be ready to work hard for you!

I am a Southern California girl, born and raised! My education took me east to Ohio, where I graduated with a degree in psychology from Youngstown State University. While pursuing my degree I discovered my passion for helping people. This passion has driven me throughout my careers, which started in mortgage lending. I spent 10 years in the lending industry before I decided to shift to real estate.
My journey in real estate started in January of 2017, when I started with United Real Estate East Carolina. I worked on the award winning Dan Jenkins Team, and helped grow it to the top team in sales volume in all of United Real Estate. From this experience I was given knowledge and tools necessary to start my own team. I started Carolina Proud Realty LLC, and Carolina Proud Property Management Company LLC with my husband John Hromyak.
Real Estate is a passion of mine, but my true joy is my family. I am a proud mother of a 9-year-old son. On the weekends you can find me on a beach with a book, watching John toss the football with our son. I love spending as much time outdoors as possible, which is one of the reasons I love the beautiful state of North Carolina. I have lived all over the country, but eastern North Carolina is where I call home. From the amazing beaches and mountains, to the caring neighborly people, there is no place like North Carolina. I would be honored to guide you through the process of finding your piece of this great state, and make it your home.
Growing up in a military family, we moved around a lot when I was young. I have called Greenville, NC home since 1993 where I graduated from East Carolina University with an Economics and Business degree. ECU is where I met my wife. We have been married for 16 years, and we have two wonderful kids who are 12 and 9.
While working in home improvement retail for over 25 years, the most important thing I learned was the importance of the “people”. It’s the people that make things happen. It’s not the sign on the door or the product on the shelf. It’s the great people who go above and beyond and do the little things to support the customers. Relationships and trust are built over time by listening and addressing needs and concerns.
I’ve also learned the true meaning of helping people. It’s not how big, how many, or how soon you close a sale. It’s the “why” and what it means to the person making the purchase that is important. Painting the room for a first child’s nursery, a door lock to keep your family safe, a new fence for a child and puppy to play, a window a/c for an elderly couple......the stories and the memories are what is important.
I chose real estate as my career for this reason. I know what it means to my family and I as we have sold and purchased homes. I will never forget all the great memories in our first home, and now making memories in our second home.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of such an important decision in your life…....Welcome Home!
I am a Marine Veteran from the Vietnam era. While in the service I met and married my Wife Donna. She travelled with me to Marine Corps Air Station El Toro Ca. I served for 4 years and went back to my native Chicago, then with a pregnant wife and a new Son, David. We went on to have our first Daughter, Lynn, then our Son Raymond and later our Daughter Jenny.
All are now grown with families of their own.
In Chicago, I continued my studies in electronics and in 1977 moved to New Jersey to work on some very new technology; microprocessors. Little micro’s led to big mainframes and I went on to work on Computers of all sizes. I worked in New York City for Tandem Computers, Morgan Guarantee and Trust, and Credit Suisse First Boston. I also worked in New Jersey for AT&T, Bell Communications Research, and Bell Labs, as well as Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space. I also worked in Philadelphia for the Stock Exchange. Later, I took a teaching position at Lincoln Technical Institute, teaching electronics, computers and networking. During some of this time in New Jersey, I got the Real Estate bug and was licensed in 1983 and held on to my license until 1993. Even working part-time, I found a real love for Real Estate.
In 2003, my Wife and I moved to Eastern North Carolina. I started a Home Repair Company which lasted until 2009. In 2010 I went to work for the Wellons Properties Companies and maintained two large complexes in Greenville. In the Spring of 2013, I injured my back which left me disabled. Later that same year, I was diagnosed with cancer. In 2014 I had Surgery, Chemo Treatments, Radiation Treatments and finally Cyber-Knife Treatments. In late 2016 the doctors pronounced me to be in full remission.
I tried to retire, but could not. In February 2019, I returned to an old love, Real Estate. Now with United Real Estate East Carolina I get to help people by doing something I really love to do. My ability for problem solving and attention to detail is still with me as I reach out to East Carolina, and all over North Carolina to help others with their Real Estate needs. Just one last thing, I am also a budding Real Estate Investor and am open to helping Investors as well as everyone else.
Hello, welcome, make yourself at home. My name is Corinne McKie. I am a mother of two children, two step children, and two fur babies. My fiance and I decided a little over four years ago to relocate to the beautiful state of Alaska. I worked at Alaska's only male maximum security prison. I was originally born in Wichita, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University. After graduation I moved to North Carolina and enrolled in an architectural technologies program where I got familiar with CAD programs and building structures. Shortly after I started a career in property management and during that time I became a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent and was able to extend my business into buying and selling properties. Since starting my career I find myself working with a wide variety of clientele ranging from first time home buyers to investors looking to invest in their future. In this business being versatile is very important in order to stretch your skills and knowledge, its takes time and patience with each individual client to make sure each client is happy and ready for the next step, ride and wave that is coming our way. No day is ever the same and that is the beauty of the Real Estate market. There are many things I enjoy about my career but the most enjoyable thing that I have been able to do is work with some really amazing mentors, friends, family and clients that have become family. As an agent my main goal is to help all clients and customers to prosper with knowledge and joy in the market, even though money keeps the market full circle knowing where to invest and when to invest is the key I believe to being a successful home owner.
"I want to look back on my career and be proud of the work, and be proud that I tried everything." (Jon Stewart)

My main focus is working with residential home sellers/buyers to sell/purchase their homes in the most efficient and profitable way. Once a contract is written I focus on obtaining the best price with the best terms in the least amount of time possible. When I was a young man, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in business, because I enjoyed working with numbers and people. Once I began in real estate, I knew I had found the place in which to do what I had always wanted to do. Being able to serve others at the highest level is an incredible opportunity. Sales have always fascinated me; they are going on around us all day everyday. Through sales, there is no limit to the number of people I can serve. Growing up, I was always involved in athletics; I played football, basketball, and competed in track and field. Now, you can find me at Orangetherory Fitness collecting splat points, EC Fitness learning the art of Jiu Jitsu, and walking the Greenway with my wife. Being a part of the Dan Jenkins Team gives us the resources that a single agent can not provide. We have a transaction coordinator, multiple buyer agents, listing agent, and a listing assistant. Having a team handle all of the moving pieces of a transaction at once allows me to be accessibility throughout the entire process. This means that you will have the comfort in knowing that when you have a question or concern it will be answered. I have completed hundreds of residential broker price opinions over the last few years, so you can rest easy knowing that I have a clear understanding of how to price your home in a changing market. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors. Studied for my North Carolina Real Estate License at J.Y. Monk in Grenville.

I am Allison Howard and I am elated to embark on my second career as a REALTOR on the United Real Estate team! After practicing for over 25 years as a registered nurse, I look forward to the challenges and rewards of being a real estate agent.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, I’ve lived in the Raleigh Triangle area for the past 10 years. Since living in North Carolina, I became interested in real estate investment (REI) and purchased my first investment property. Needless to say, I’m smitten! As an agent, my aim is to support my clients in their REI goals and interests using my knowledge and experience to boost their confidence and excitement in this growing realm.
As an active Baby Boomer, issues that directly affect this population are an avid passion of mine. Another of my objectives as a REALTOR is to engage, assist and support those in this age group, which represents approximately 20% of the American population, in seeking a new home; whether it be to downsize, to transition to a less independent residence or to purchase an investment or vacation property,
Now that I’ve told you a little about myself, I look forward to meeting YOU, hearing YOUR story. and helping to make your real estate hopes and dreams a reality!Whether a seller, a buyer or an investor, I can be your guide to that single or multi-family home, condo, townhouse or acre of land meant just for YOU!
Welcome to my site! My name is Scott Johnson and I'm a Realtor here in Greenville, NC and am originally from Crystal Lake, IL (Yup, I'm one of those darn northerners!). But I'm not just any type of Realtor, I'm what's known as a Hybrid Agent. You see, I've been a real estate investor for years now and have acquired some valuable tools that allow me to make the home selling process simpler and hassle-free! This means that you have multiple options when you're selling your house with our team, and can even Stop Foreclosure and Save Your Credit if you're behind on your mortgage payments. If you're looking to Sell Your House For Top Dollar here in Greenville, NC then give me a call or fill out the form! I'm looking forward to speaking with you!

I have lived in eastern North Carolina my entire life, and developed a passion for real estate and construction through my father, who has been a licensed General Contractor and Realtor in North Carolina for almost 30 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor I was a professional landscaper serving the eastern NC area, which is where I really found my calling to become a realtor as I am extremely passionate about learning, maintaining and finding property in North Carolina. I am excited every time to take my clients on the journey to find their forever home. I am eager to work with you and bring you to the right home for you!
